It is our standard policy with custom-made digital archival print purchases that we do not offer returns or refunds. However, our goal at eDavid Gallery is your complete satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 5 business days of the receipt of your item and we'll see how we can help.

- Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly.
Standard Return Policy:
As mentioned above, due to the nature of digital prints, once sent, they cannot be returned: eDavid Gallery Corp. as a strict no refunds policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e. after the buyer paid for a photo, and the order is shipped by eDavid Gallery), it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, the buyer must alert eDavid Gallery prior your order processing. If a mistaken order is sent to the buyer, as documented by the invoice, eDavid Gallery will send the correct photo free of charge upon return of the incorrect order (return freight will be provided by eDavid Gallery in this instance). If an item is damaged, a claim must be made within 5 business days of the receipt of your item.
